Jacob's Creek® Reserve Barossa Shiraz Wine 750mL Bottle

A full bodied wine with big spicy black fruits taste and subtle oak flavours with a silky finish.
The nose shows lifted ripe blackberry, chocolate and clove aromas, enhanced by cedar and vanilla notes from the influence of oak. A rich, full-bodied palate showcases the classic varietal plum and forest berry folavors complemented by light vanilla and regional chocolate notes. The supple ripe tannins are typical of the best Barossa Shiraz, culminating in a long, satisfying finish.
This is a versitile companion to hard cheeses or hearty meat dishes such as braised lamb shanks or eye-fillet of beef.
In 1847, along the banks of Jacob?s Creek, Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard. His vision was to create great tasting wines that reflect the true character of the grapes and the land. To this day we live and breathe this vision by producing wines that showcase how each grape variety expresses itself when shaped by the soil and the sun of Australia. In over 160 years of heritage, Jacob's Creek has won almost 7,000 awards. Each of our Reserve wines is made from high quality grapes sourced from a single region, renowned for that grape variety. With a focus on Barossa, Adelaide Hills and Coonawarra, Jacob?s Creek Reserve celebrates provenance by reflecting the unique personality of each region in the wine.
