Est. 1983. Our three estate vineyards are located on the iron rich volcanic slopes and sedimentary seabeds of the Willamette Valley Appellation. This high quality is gently made and may have some sediment, please carefully pour or decant. Technical: Pinot Noir Clones: Dijon 113, 114, 115, 667, 777 Pommard and Wadenswil. Soil Type: Jory (iron rich volcanic), Nekia (shallow, iron rich volcanic), Laurelwood (windblown, glacial loess), including Pisolites and Missoula Flood sediment. Barrel Regiment: 10 months in French Oak, 10% new, 90% neutral. Barrels Produced: 540. Harvest: September 10 - October 19, 2020. Brix at Harvest: 23.4 degrees. Peak Drinkability: 2022-2028.
